Brooke Horner is an Administrative Assistant at Financial Solution Advisors, where she supports clients at the front desk and assists with document handling, using the client portal, and day-to-day administrative operations.
Brooke began her career in the entertainment industry as a professional recording artist, pianist, and music producer, working across multiple states and appearing on American Idol in 2018. She later worked as a sound engineer and worship leader for churches in Florida, managing live and streaming audio production.
In 2019, Brooke transitioned into financial services as an Escalations Specialist and Digital Banking Specialist at VyStar Credit Union, supporting clients with online banking and technical issues before joining FSA in 2026. She is passionate about helping others and delivering a positive client experience.
Outside of work, Brooke is actively involved in worship teams and volunteer initiatives within her local church community. She also enjoys music, teaching piano and vocal coaching, spending time outdoors, and being with family and friends.
