Catherine A. Brown (“Cathy”) is the Director of Tax at Financial Solution Advisors. Cathy has more than eight years of experience in public accounting. Her experience includes multi-state partnership and corporate returns with a focus on service businesses, individual tax planning and tax return filing, and federal and state compliance and representation.
Cathy is a member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants and of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She regularly participates in community volunteer and fundraising activities, such as the recent Walk to End Alzheimer’s, Buddy Check Virtual 12k, Junior Achievement, and HabiJax.
Cathy earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Master of Accountancy at the University of North Florida.
Cathy resides in Jacksonville, Florida with her husband John, her daughter Gwendolyn, and her two beautiful rescue cats, Sylvie and Mick Nugget.
