Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree or CPA preferred).
10+ years of experience in tax planning and compliance.
Proven leadership in guiding a team toward the future of finance.
In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations, with a focus on future implications.
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to inspire and lead others toward a shared vision.
Expertise in analyzing complex financial data and shaping it into a vision of the future.
Proficiency in tax software and the tools of tomorrow.
Strong leadership and futuristic project management skills.
A track record of pioneering new business development opportunities.
