FSA hosts events throughout the year that benefit charitable organizations in the community that are near and dear to our hearts. These events bring our community closer together, support those in need, and create a fun and rewarding workplace culture.
FSA Gives Back to First Coast Women’s Services
For our 2022 FSA Gives Back Christmas, we partnered with First Coast Women’s Services, a not-for-profit organization that provides free-of-charge, lab-grade pregnancy testing; ultrasounds; options counseling; and medical and community referrals for pregnant women. The organization has five clinics around the Jacksonville community to support expecting mothers.
The FSA office had a Christmas tree adorned with tags indicating various baby items needed to support expectant mothers. FSA team members, clients, family members, and those in the community were able to select a tag and bring the donated item(s) to put under the tree. The following items were delivered to First Coast Women’s Services for distribution to mothers:
- Diapers
- Baby hooded towels
- New onesies
- Baby wash/shampoo
- Diaper cream
- Wipes
- Crib
- Bottles
- Diaper bag
- Pacifiers
- Gift cards (Target, Walmart, etc.)

The team at First Cost Women’s Services was blown away by the generosity of the donations they received. Firm Administrator Cindy Monk had the opportunity to tour one of their facilities and get a glimpse into the services they provide to women in the community. It was an honor to give back to an organization that provides such services and support to women at times when they may need it the most.

For our next community event, we are partnering with Girls on the Run to support local girls in grades 3-8. If you would like to participate, please bring any of the following items to the collection area in the FSA lobby at any time during the month of February:
- Construction Paper
- Index cards – white
- Gallon Ziplock bags
- Markers (Crayola, not permanent)
- Posterboard – white
- Scotch Tape
- Small (travel size) toothpaste
- Shower Curtain liners
- Scissors (adult size for coaches)
- Lap Counters – stickers, jelly bracelets, stamps, craft sticks, rings, etc.
- Sidewalk Chalk
- Hand sanitizers (regular size – not mini or too large)
- Running socks (low footie type) for girls ages 8-14
